Elena Morales became a licensed REALTOR® in 2023, building on real estate experience that started in 2021 through short-term rental management. A Virginia Tech graduate who grew up in Northern Virginia and has lived in various communities across the region, Elena brings first hand, lived-in knowledge of NOVA that goes beyond any single town. She also spent time in Northern California’s Sonoma County before returning to build her business in Northern Virginia.

Elena independently represents her own buyers and sellers across Fairfax County, from first-time purchases in the $380,000 to $700,000 range in Falls Church, Reston, Vienna, and Oakton, to move-up transactions throughout Arlington. A homeowner herself, she brings that firsthand experience to clients, and is consistently described as responsive, patient with first-timers, and someone who makes a complex process feel manageable from the first call to closing. She’s also co-listed multi-million dollar McLean properties alongside Karen Briscoe, experience that sharpens the negotiation skills she brings to her own clients.
