Beth Walker is the newest real estate agent to join HBC Group. While Beth is new to the HBC family, she has spent more than 25 years in the home building and mortgage industry.

Leveraging her extensive experience and industry insights, Beth’s deep knowledge allows her to offer unparalleled guidance and support in navigating the complexities of the real estate market.

Prior to HBC Group, Beth spent 18 years with NVR Inc., a leader in the homebuilding industry. Her most recent role was president of NVR Settlement Services, leading a staff of 120 employees across 14 states. This position allowed Beth to utilize her expertise in complex problem solving to streamline and strengthen the closing and servicing of mortgages and make a seamless experience for homebuyers.

Before serving as president of the settlement services organization, Beth held several key leadership roles, including Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Vice President.

Beth’s roots in Northern Virginia run deep, with over 36 years spent in the region. She and her husband have a beautifully blended family with 5 children, a daughter-in-law, and 3 dogs, constantly keeping them on their toes. For the past 7 years, she has proudly called Vienna, VA, her home, allowing her to intimately understand the nuances of the local market and establish herself as a trusted advisor within the community.
